About Us
Building a stronger early childhood system.
The Early Childhood Agenda, hosted by Strategies for Children, is a historic, first-of-its-kind partnership that’s dedicated to building a new, 21st century infrastructure for young children and their families. Just as the Massachusetts Turnpike stretches from West Stockbridge to Boston, we envision an early childhood system that stretches from birth through third grade: a system anyone can access that meets young children’s needs, from their first pediatrician and first play group to preschool programs near their homes and help with housing and jobs for young children’s parents. Learn more about our vision for early childhood in Massachusetts.
To do this vital work, the Agenda works across sectors—health, housing, business, transportation, education and more—and elevates the voices of the families, educators, and providers who are most impacted by early childhood policies.

We partner with individuals LIKE YOU and Massachusetts-based coalitions whose work is aligned with The Agenda’s priorities. Together we are identifying emerging leaders where there are gaps. Sign up and join.
